Completed Project: Porcelain Front Patio in Barnet EN5

This front patio in Barnet EN5 was laid by the Verdant Vision Pro team. The homeowner wanted a clean, bright surface that would be easy to keep clean and look smart at the front of the house.

Materials

Large-format light grey porcelain slabs with a natural stone-effect pattern, laid with even, narrow joints and finished with a dark jointing compound for a crisp grid. The paving was cut neatly around the drainage gully and the existing gate and fence.

What we did

We prepared and levelled the base, laid the porcelain on a full bed with spacers to keep the joints straight, cut around the gully and walls, then pointed the joints once the slabs had set.

The result

A bright, modern front patio that is hard-wearing, slip-resistant and very easy to keep clean.
